The aluminium skid plate protects the whole bottom of the ATV, made of 4mm thickness, nice looking "brushed" outer side, durable and corrosion resistant aluminium alloy.
Each "Iron" skid plate has holes for oil changing, holes for snow plow center mounting kits and rib-shaped holes for easier washing and mud draining.
Skid plate full sets are constructed for maximum protection which also includes the footrest area and the lower originally fitted plastics.
Most Iron Baltic aluminium skid plate sets are also welded together in corners, which strengthens these parts even more and ensures precise fit on installation.
Designed and constructed for best possible protection and to keep the maximum ground clearance - an important factor for off-road vehicles, skid plate follows the frame / body shape best possible way, achieved by total bends on some models exceeding 50 (with computer controlled angles) and up to total 300 cm long high quality TIG welding seams which differs the Iron Baltic quality from all other skid plate sets available around the world.
